Jeans — overview
Men's, women's and kids' denim jeans in slim, regular, relaxed and straight fits with stone, enzyme and rinse washes. It belongs to our men's casual & formal wear range, part of the garments & apparel division of Hurain Garments Exporter.
Men's casual and formal wear is the largest single line in India's apparel exports, and the one importers reorder most often. Tiruppur and Ludhiana make knitted T-shirts and polos, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru make denim and woven shirts, and Mumbai and Delhi NCR make trousers and cargo wear. We work with factories in these clusters so a buyer can put jeans, shirts, T-shirts and trousers on one purchase order and one container.
Every style is sampled before bulk. We agree the fabric, wash, fit block, size ratio, label and packing on a pre-production sample, then inspect against that sample at 100% for measurements and visual defects on an AQL basis before the goods are loaded.

About our jeans
Denim is the garment that sells in every market we ship to, which is why jeans are usually the first product an importer orders from us. Indian denim mills in Gujarat and Maharashtra weave the fabric, and washing units around Bengaluru, Delhi NCR and Ahmedabad finish it, so the full chain from yarn to washed jean sits within a few days of our loading ports.
Quality in jeans is decided by three things: fabric shrinkage, wash consistency and sewing of the stress points. We ask the factory to wash a test batch, measure the garment before and after washing, and send the numbers with photographs, so you approve the actual result rather than a catalogue description.
For wholesalers the ratio pack matters as much as the garment. A carton of 24 jeans with the right spread of waist sizes sells through faster than a mixed carton, so we pack to your market's size curve, which we can suggest from the data we hold for your country.

When buyers order jeans
Denim sells all year, with the strongest buying for autumn and winter in Europe and North America (orders placed March–June) and for back-to-school in Africa and the Gulf (orders placed April–July).
Minimum order: Typically 1,200–3,000 pieces per style with a ratio of sizes and up to three washes; smaller trial orders are possible on stock designs. Lead time: 45–60 days from approved sample and fabric; 25–35 days on repeat styles.
Testing and care labelling
Care: Wash inside out in cold water, avoid bleach, tumble dry low; care label wording and symbols follow the destination market rules.
- Dimensional stability to ISO 5077 after washing
- Colour fastness to rubbing and washing, ISO 105 X12 and C06
- Seam strength and slippage checks
- Azo-free dyes and REACH restricted-substance declaration on request
Jeans made in bulk to your colour, size and design
You are not limited to stock designs. We make jeans in bulk in the colour you choose, in the sizes and size ratio your customers wear, and in the design you supply. A reference garment, a tech pack, a sketch or even a photograph is enough to start.
How it works: send a Pantone code or fabric swatch for colour and we return a lab-dip; send your size chart and the ratio you want in each carton; send artwork, print, embroidery or label files for the design. We make a sample for approval and then produce the bulk to that approved sample, so the order you receive matches the one you signed off.
- Colour: Indigo, mid-blue, light-blue, black, grey, ecru and seasonal colours; wash cards are sent for approval before bulk.
- Size: Waist 28–44 inches in even sizes, inseam 30, 32 and 34 inches; EU and US size charts available; kids 2–14 years and women's 26–36 inches.
- Design and branding: own wash and finish development, custom back-pocket stitching, private-label woven labels and leather patches, special fits from your block and eco washes with ozone and laser finishing.
