Kidswear, Uniforms & Workwear we supply

About kidswear, uniforms & workwear

Kidswear and uniforms are repeat-order businesses: children outgrow clothes, schools reorder every term, and companies re-clothe their staff every year. That steadiness makes them attractive to importers, and it rewards a supplier who can match shade, size and trim exactly from one order to the next.

We source children's wear from Tiruppur, Ludhiana and Kolkata, school and corporate uniforms from Delhi NCR, Tiruppur and Ahmedabad, and industrial workwear from Mumbai and Gujarat. Safety, fabric softness and wash-fastness are checked as carefully as price.

As a kidswear, uniforms & workwear manufacturer and wholesaler, we supply both stock designs and made-to-order runs. As a supplier and exporter, we consolidate kidswear, uniforms & workwear with other products from our garments & apparel range into one inspected, well-packed export shipment.

Kidswear: what buyers should know

Children's clothes have to be soft, safe and cheap enough to replace, a combination that suits Indian cotton knitwear. Tiruppur factories are accustomed to buyers' safety audits and make baby and kids' wear in dedicated, segregated lines.

Fabrics: 100% combed cotton single jersey 140–180 GSM, cotton interlock and rib for baby wear and cotton poplin and voile for frocks. Sizes: Newborn–24 months, 2–14 years; size by age and height with a graded spec chart. Minimum order: typically 500–1,000 pieces per design; sets can be mixed by size within a design. Lead time: 35–50 days from approved sample.

Best buying window: back-to-school in July–September in the northern hemisphere and January–February in the southern; festive and winter lines are ordered 4–5 months ahead.

School Uniforms: what buyers should know

School uniforms must survive hundreds of washes and still look like the same colour in year three as in year one. We specify poly-cotton blends for durability, test shade against an approved master, and keep the dye recipe on file so an identical shade can be produced every season.

Fabrics: poly-cotton drill and twill 180–240 GSM, poly-viscose suiting for trousers and skirts and cotton and poly-cotton shirting 100–130 GSM. Sizes: Ages 4–18 or height-based chart in centimetres; adult sizes for staff uniforms. Minimum order: typically 1,000–3,000 pieces per item per school or tender; small schools can be grouped in one order. Lead time: 45–70 days including shade approval; 30 days on repeat orders.

Best buying window: orders are placed 4–5 months before term starts; reorders follow before each term.

Workwear & Corporate Uniforms: what buyers should know

Workwear is a safety product as much as a garment. Hi-vis vests must meet visibility standards, coveralls must resist tearing, and everything must survive industrial laundering. We therefore specify fabric weight, reflective tape and seam construction in the purchase order and test them in the final inspection.

Fabrics: poly-cotton drill 200–280 GSM, 100% cotton drill and twill 240–320 GSM and hi-vis polyester mesh and knit to EN ISO 20471. Sizes: S–5XL regular, tall and short fits; women's cuts available. Minimum order: typically 500–1,000 pieces per style; contract orders for mines or plants can be much larger. Lead time: 35–55 days; hi-vis and flame-retardant styles 45–60 days.

Best buying window: industrial and hospitality uniforms are ordered through the year, with peaks at the start of contracts and fiscal years.

Kidswear, Uniforms & Workwear made in bulk to your colour, size and design

You are not limited to stock designs. We make kidswear, uniforms & workwear in bulk in the colour you choose, in the sizes and size ratio your customers wear, and in the design you supply. A reference garment, a tech pack, a sketch or even a photograph is enough to start.

How it works: send a Pantone code or fabric swatch for colour and we return a lab-dip; send your size chart and the ratio you want in each carton; send artwork, print, embroidery or label files for the design. We make a sample for approval and then produce the bulk to that approved sample, so the order you receive matches the one you signed off.

  • Colour: any Pantone-matched shade or stock colour.
  • Size: any size chart, ratio and carton pack.
  • Design and branding: your own cut, print, embroidery, labels and packaging.

How to choose between our kidswear, uniforms & workwear

The kidswear, uniforms & workwear on this page are bought for different reasons. kidswear (children's sets), school uniforms (school shirts) and workwear & corporate uniforms (coveralls). Start from the customers you sell to and the season you are buying for, then choose fabric weight, fit and pack size to match.

Because several of these lines share fabric, factories and shipping, they combine well in one container. Buyers usually pair a fast-moving basic with a design-led line, so that stock turns quickly and the range stays fresh without a large commitment.
