Track Pants & Shorts: Knitted track pants, joggers and shorts in cotton terry and polyester for sportswear, loungewear and promotional use. Typically 1,000–2,000 pieces per style, with up to three colours; lead time 35–50 days.

Hoodies & Sweatshirts: Pullover and zip hoodies, crew sweatshirts and oversized fleece tops in cotton-polyester fleece for retail and promotions. Typically 800–1,500 pieces per style, up to three colours; lead time 40–55 days.

Sportswear & Jerseys: Sublimated team jerseys, cricket and football kits, training tops and shorts in dry-fit polyester for clubs and retailers. Typically 50–100 sets per design for custom sublimated kits; 500 pieces for stock designs; lead time 20–35 days for custom kits; 40 days for large club orders.

Caps: Baseball, sports, trucker and promotional caps in cotton twill with embroidery, print and woven patches. Typically 1,000–3,000 pieces per design; 500 pieces for stock colours with simple embroidery; lead time 25–40 days.

Knitwear is the strength of Tiruppur, Ludhiana and Noida. Track pants, joggers, hoodies and sports jerseys are made on fast circular-knit lines, and caps and headwear are made in Delhi NCR and Mumbai. These products are bought by sports clubs, promotional companies, retailers and wholesalers, and they suit mixed containers with T-shirts and polos.

You are not limited to stock designs. We make activewear, knitwear & caps in bulk in the colour you choose, in the sizes and size ratio your customers wear, and in the design you supply for the Fiji market. A reference garment, a tech pack, a sketch or even a photograph is enough to start.

How it works: send a Pantone code or fabric swatch for colour and we return a lab-dip; send your size chart and the ratio you want in each carton; send artwork, print, embroidery or label files for the design. We make a sample for approval and then produce the bulk to that approved sample, so the order you receive matches the one you signed off.

Size range: S–3XL adult; kids 4–14 years; XS–5XL on request.

Payment terms: 50% advance with order confirmation and 50% before dispatch against export documents; L/C at sight can be discussed for larger orders.
