This is the role that matters most when a buyer needs traceability: a heat number on a mill test certificate, dimensional inspection records, and a documented process from raw bar stock to finished, packed product. Buyers evaluating us specifically as a manufacturer — rather than a trading intermediary — should ask to see this documentation rather than take quality claims at face value.

A turnbuckle's entire function is mechanical advantage over tension: turning the center barrel draws two oppositely-threaded end fittings together, tightening whatever cable or rod is attached at each end. Getting the two ends threaded in opposite directions is what makes this work — which is also why a turnbuckle can't be repaired by threading a standard rod into one side.
