This is the role that matters most when a buyer needs traceability: a heat number on a mill test certificate, dimensional inspection records, and a documented process from raw bar stock to finished, packed product. Buyers evaluating us specifically as a manufacturer — rather than a trading intermediary — should ask to see this documentation rather than take quality claims at face value.

The single biggest distinction buyers need to get right on eye bolts is whether the application is actually a lifting application or just a tie-down point — the two look nearly identical but are engineered completely differently. A forged DIN 580 lifting eye bolt is designed and tested for straight-line vertical lift with a published working load limit; a lighter welded eye bolt sold as general hardware carries no such rating and should never be used to lift anything.
