This is the role that matters most when a buyer needs traceability: a heat number on a mill test certificate, dimensional inspection records, and a documented process from raw bar stock to finished, packed product. Buyers evaluating us specifically as a manufacturer — rather than a trading intermediary — should ask to see this documentation rather than take quality claims at face value.

Circlips do their entire job through spring tension stored in the ring itself, which is why installing one with the wrong pliers — or over-expanding it during installation — permanently reduces its holding force even if it still visually looks correct once seated. This is a common and largely invisible failure mode in circlip installation.
