Post-installed anchoring into concrete uses either mechanical expansion (wedge anchors) or chemical bonding (epoxy/vinylester anchor systems with threaded rod). We manufacture and supply both for structural, safety-rated, and general fixing applications.
Post-installed anchoring exists because not every fixing point can be planned before the concrete is poured — retrofits, equipment relocations, and safety upgrades all need to attach to concrete that's already cured. The two approaches, mechanical expansion and chemical bonding, aren't interchangeable substitutes for each other; they suit different edge-distance, spacing, and load conditions, and a design that calls for one usually can't simply swap in the other.
Chemical anchor cure time is the detail most likely to get skipped under schedule pressure: loading a chemical anchor before the resin has fully cured at the ambient temperature it was installed at can leave it well below its rated capacity, with no visible sign of the problem until it's loaded in service.
Minimum Order — Container Quantity (Approx.)
A standard 20ft container (~20 tons) holds approximately 250,000-400,000 pieces of wedge anchors in common sizes (M10-M12); chemical anchor cartridge quantities are counted separately. Exact quantity depends on size and system and is confirmed at quote time.
You don't need a full container to order.
